Packed full of protein, antioxidants and summer fun, this smoothie bowl is a delicious hit!

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 strip lemon or orange rind
1 tbsp Protein powder
Handful almonds
Splash of almond milk

METHOD

1Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
