Please be advised that all retail or online purchases of Boxed Off products must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were purchased.

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Boxed Off product (and only if purchased directly from boxed-off.com) you may return your purchase, unopened and in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

To return an item email us at boxed-off.com and include your original order number, name telephone number, details of products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

On receipt of your email we will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number and a return address.

Damaged Packaging

Please inspect all deliveries on receipt.
To report the damage to any packaging on goods received please email our customer service department.
