Protein-Packed Cinnamon Roll Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoop Protein 
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
  • 3 large Egg White
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Honey Raw

DIRECTIONS

1Mix together all dry ingredients.
2In a separate bowl mix together eggs, vanilla, applesauce and almond milk.
3Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
4Let mixture sit for 10 mins while waffle-maker heats up.
5Spray waffle-maker with non-stick spray before adding 1/2 cup of batter.
6Cook according to waffle-maker instructions.
