Morning High Protein Hazelnut Milkshake



A tasty alternative to a protein shake, thats super easy and quick to make and helps you hit your macros. 


  • 1 Scoop Protein
  • 1 scoop of Ice Cream
  • 250ml Milk/Milk Alternative
  • 30g White Chocolate 
  • 1 Bueno Bar
  • Low Cal Cream to top


  1. Add milk, ice cream, Bueno and chocolate and protein the blender and blitz! 
  2. Pour into your favourite glass 
  3. Top with cream and Bueno Bar for decoration 
  4. Enjoy!
