Protein pumpkin spice latte
Make your favourite pumpkin spice latte into a pumpkin spice latte protein shake by just adding some protein powder and ice! Perfect way to get in your protein and spice up your normal shake. After all it is spooky season.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into glass, top with a little extra pumpkin pie spice (if desired), and enjoy!
If smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk. If smoothie is too thin, add a little more ice then blend again.
