gingerbread protein smoothie

 

Nothing says winter like the smell of gingerbread, so what's better than getting in your daily protein and your favourite Christmas snack in one.Say hello to our very easy very delicious gingerbread protein smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 cups ice
  • ½ - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoopprotein powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: gingerbread man

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until thick and smooth. Garnish with toppings, if desired. Serve immediately!
