Energy boosting smoothie

The mornings are getting lighter , but it still can be difficult to get going and seize the day. But we are here to bring you an energy boosting banana smoothie to start your day right. If you’re not incorporating hemp seeds into your smoothies, now’s the perfect time to start! Hemp seeds are a natural energy booster, a complete protein and an excellent source of essential fatty acids including Omega 3 & 6.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana (peeled & sliced)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup dates (de-seeded & chopped)
- 1 scoop protein
- 1 tbsp supergreens
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Then Drink up and perk up!
